This pond is near to Akaike Station (Tsurumai Line) about 30 mins from central Nagoya. There is only 1 peg you can fish and it is in the corner furthest away from the station. The peg is big enough for 2 people and is very shallow (less than 50cm).  Next to the tree on the right hand side about 5m out is best although you can catch in the open water in the middle of the peg.

 

The lake is stuffed full with large Hera Buna which can be caught on bread and sweet corn as well as the standard Hera Buna pastes. There are a few carp and blue-gill as well.
