Suga Lake is the smallest of the 3 lakes and it is the least fished.  It is very similar to Suigetsu Lake and suffers with the black silt.  I have only fished 1 peg and it was in the middle of the bank that the road runs along at the end of the rice fields before the trees (going towards Mikata Lake).  There is a little cut out in the lake and a track going up the hill where you can park.  I found some gravel by casting approximately 30m to the left in front of the trees (approx 20m off the bank).

The peg where the stream enters the lake (near the main road) is popular with the locals.
