This film for BT was all about inspiration. We wanted to show the real experiences of their female engineers in a way that felt genuine and empowering, making it clear that women in engineering are not just welcome but essential. Instead of scripted moments, we captured real workdays, from hands-on problem-solving to scaling a tall transmission tower on a windy day in Lancashire.

The goal was to create something that aspiring engineers could see themselves in. By focusing on the people, their talent, teamwork and the impact of what they do, the film became less about selling a role and more about showing what it’s really like to be part of something bigger.
